RENTAL CONDITIONS

- The ren­ter is obli­ga­ted to com­pen­sa­te for any dama­ge to the gear that is more sig­ni­ficant than what nor­mal use can cause, and to do this in accor­dance with the esti­ma­te of cost. The ren­ter is also obli­ga­ted to com­pen­sa­te for any gear that has been bro­ken bey­ond repair or that has been lost, and to do this in accor­dance with the valid sel­ling price at the time in question.

- A 24-hour ren­tal period starts from the time of the deli­ve­ry of the gear to the ren­ter. When using the trans­port ser­vice, the 24-hour ren­tal period starts when the gear and cus­to­mers have been deli­ve­red to the des­ti­na­tion, and finis­hes when the gear and cus­to­mers are col­lec­ted from the destination.

Cancel­la­tions

- The les­sor has the right to cancel a canoe ren­tal if the renter’s own trans­port equip­ment is not sui­ted for trans­por­ting the canoe.

- In case the waters are frozen during the ren­tal period, the rent will be ful­ly refunded.

- The rent will be ful­ly refun­ded if a cancel­la­tion is made ear­lier than 28 days befo­re the first day of the ren­tal period.

- Half of the rent will be refun­ded if a cancel­la­tion is made ear­lier than 14 days befo­re the first day of the ren­tal period.

- In case of other types of cancel­la­tions, the refunds will be agreed on case-speci­fical­ly. Also, if a cancel­la­tion is made later that 14 days befo­re the first day of the ren­tal period, the les­sor has the right to reser­ve the who­le rent.
